We have a wide range of fitness based classes and holistic classes for you to enjoy at Supersonic.  We offer ‘pay as you go’ class passes or for those of you who simply can’t get enough of group exercise our Studio Jam and Rockstar memberships include unlimited classes.

If you’re an adrenalin junkie who loves a cardio based session then be sure to check out our bespoke Super60 classes, Spin, HIIT & Core.

If you want to look after your mind and body then come along to one of our Pilates or Yoga classes. We offer a range of Yoga classes including Hatha,  Zen and Dynamic Yoga. Why not also check out our ever popular Barre classes too!
